Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. We have a minimum shipping cost of $11.95 on all orders with a sub-total under $100.   Any orders over $100 the shipping cost is 12% of the subtotal.  Please click here for additional info on shipping and handling charges.  

Q. How do you ship?

A. We use FedEx & USPS for the majority of orders, however for orders in MN, WI, ND, SD, IA and IL we use Spee-Dee Delivery.

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

A. All orders usually ship out within two business days.

Q. Is there tracking for my order?

A. Yes, if the order is placed online you should receive tracking information from UPS or FedEx once the order has been shipped. If you place your order over the phone, please provide us with your email address and we can send tracking information.

Q. Do you provide technical support?

A. Yes, feel free to email us and will try our best to answer your tech questions.  Please keep in mind that we receive a lot of emails everyday.  We will try our hardest to answer them as quick as possible. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we do. Please email us and we will be happy to assist.

Q. How do I return an item?

A. Send the item(s) back within 10 days after receipt with a copy of your Invoice and a reason for the return. All parts must be in original package in resalable condition. Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed. Click here for more info on returns.
